Added holiday stress can lead to stress related hair loss. Elevated stress can cause your
cortisol levels to rise which can cause a hormonal imbalance. You may not see the results of
the stress for 6-12 weeks after the stress of the event.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF THIS HOLIDAY
1. SET REALISTIC GOALS
2. KEEP WITH A WELL BALANCED DIET, WATCH THE SUGAR
3. MAKE SURE YOU GET ENOUGH REST
4. KEEP UP WITH REGULAR EXERCISE, MEDITATION OR YOGA
Remember the holiday should be about family and friends. You don't
need to be perfect!
